What We Do:
Join us for a fun-filled weekend of outdoor adventure at Palmetto State Park! This fall campout will include hiking, cooking, and classic Cub Scout games. We’ll also gather for a special evening campfire program, where scouts can share stories, sing songs, and roast marshmallows under the stars. Palmetto also offers kayaking and paddle boarding.

What You Should Wear:
The weather should be great for this one. Scouts could wear their Class A uniforms for the opening and closing ceremonies, and Class B (pack t-shirts) for daytime activities.

What If You’re a New Camper?
If this is your first campout with our Pack, welcome! We’re thrilled to have you. Don’t worry if you’re new to camping—our friendly families are here to help. The pack brings a camp kitchen and most of the food, so you really just have to pack sleeping gear.
Use our packing list to make sure you’re good to go.

There is a registration fee for all campers aged 4 and over to cover campsite fees, activity materials, and pack-provided meals.
